RELAX. HE CARES

Hello friends!

This is where we come to draw strength and encourage one another. Make it a date with me on this blog. You will not regret it!

You will all agree with me that we are in a very stressful period in our world at the moment. Everybody is tensed and faced with one challenge or the other. The economy of the world has never been as unstable as it is now. What about insecurity, terrorism, wars and natural disasters here and there. These instabilities has created fear in many people. But in the midst of it all Jesus is saying Relax. He's got it all under control. Stop fussing over what to eat, drink or wear. Some people have even landed themselves in serious health issues because of unnecessary worries and fears. 

Now tell me, who cares for the wildflowers in the fields, birds in the air, fish in the sea and other living creatures on earth. They don't work or make money but your heavenly Father in His awesomeness made it his responsibility to care for them. So why do you worry? Why do you fear? Don't you think you are of greater value than they are. You are created in His image you know. You look exactly just like Him! So relax and run after God instead of mundane things. Steep your life in God-reality, God-initiative and God-provisions.  In short seek God and everything that has to do with Him and see if all your everyday needs will not be met. All what God is looking for is your total dependence on Him.

 So relax Jesus loves you!

Prayer

Dear Lord, thank You because you are my heavenly father. Thank you for loving and caring for me. So Lord I commit my life unto your hands. I speak against all inclinations to fear and worries in my life in Jesus name. I relax in your love and everlasting arm. Thank You Lord. In Jesus mighty name i pray. Amen.
