TESTIMONY OF HEALING: ADEOLA ADEMILUYI

While I was on the write up, Overcoming Through Prophecy, after lunch precisely I noticed some pains in my body. I disregarded the pain and continued writing. By the time I was through the pain had spread all over my body from the crown of my head to the sole of my feet. Acute pain all over. It was unbearable. I suspected malaria and thought of going to the hospital. Then I remembered the article I just wrote and decided to believe God. I had my bath and I started

shivering. The pains increasing. I thought of using a pain reliever and I remembered my article again and decided to trust God and practise what I just preached. It was not easy but I was determined. So whenever I feel the pain I confess Isaiah 53:5 and command the pain to go to hell reminding it of the finished work of Christ on the cross. I must have done that for over a hundred times before I started getting a little bit relieved. So I slept.

By the time I woke up the next day, i noticed my mouth was bitter. All the pains I felt the day before had disappeared and concentrated on my stomach. So all the pains I felt now was in my tummy. I continued confessing "it is finished, by His stripes I am healed" but there was no difference. Then I thought of the communion. I took the communion just when I was about to have breakfast and after some minutes the pains totally disappeared without using any drug not even a pain reliever just the word and communion. I bless the name of the Lord because His word cannot be broken. Praise the Lord!!!! Hallelujah!!!!!!.

OVERCOMING THROUGH PROPHECY

My transition from December 2015 to January 2016 was very rough. It was full of unpleasant situations which I had in successions. I became completely overwhelmed.  Not discouraged, thanks to the teaching of Rev. Sam earlier in the year which had adequately prepared me and taught me what to do in tough times and to some wonderful friends who kept encouraging and checking up on me. But I must confess that there is a thin line between overwhelming situations and discouragement because the devil is always around the corner, behind our ears whispering how God had failed us, flagging and displaying all those unpleasant situations we are passing through as evidences of God's unfaithfulness. He is always there taunting and reminding us that God had not paid off.  Anyone who have had this experience will agree with me that it is not easy fighting to hold on to God's faithfulness inspite of all the unfavorable situations around.

Well, this was the state I was in when God in His infinite grace and mercy led me to Ezekiel 37:1-10. Let's take a journey through it together.

Hopeless situation
Ezekiel 37:1-3

God led Ezekiel in the spirit to a valley which was full of bones. Valleys signifies a low and a hidden place where nobody sees us. Dry bones on the other hand signifies all the hopeless and unpleasant experiences of our lives. This was the type of situation prophet Ezekiel found himself, completely hopeless case. The bones were not only dry but in a valley.  How hopeless can this case be. Some of us are in such hopeless state right now where there seems to be no way out. We are like prophet Ezekiel who cannot boldly say whether the dry bones could live again even after God asked him. We do not want to doubt the power of God and at the same time too uncertain to believe our situations have any solution. So we console ourselves by answering like Ezekiel did: "O Lord God you know,"  Ezekiel 37:3b NKJV

Ezekiel 37:4-10

With this story of the dry bones I have come to learn that before God there is no hopeless situation. All of our difficult situations can be turned around to testimonies if we can PROPHESY!!!!!! God is omnipotent and He wants to be involved in our lives if we can open our mouth and prophesy. He said to Ezekiel in verse 4: "prophesy upon these bones and say unto them, o ye dry bones, hear the word of the Lord." Let's take a closer look at this particular verse.

1. God's Instruction: 

God Instructed Ezekiel to prophesy if he wants to see the dry bones come alive again. If we must see results in our lives we too must hid God's instruction to Prophesy!!!! Prophecy simply means saying what God had said or is saying regarding any situation of our lives. This has to do with opening our mouths and speaking directly to that situation. Do you know that your tongue carries power? Proverbs 18:21 says "Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereoff." Just as God created the world with His words, you can also create your world with your words. That is how powerful your tongue is. Will you draw life with it or death? The choice is completely yours. Jesus also encouraged us to speak to our mountains. It is time to start speaking out. It is time to look at our mountains and difficult situations in the face and prophesy!! Remember it is an instruction from God Almighty.

Have you taken out time to hear God’s instruction regarding your difficult situation? God’s instruction to Ezekiel was to prophesy. What instruction is God giving you. It might be to make a phone call to someone, it might be to visit someone, it might be to sow a seed towards a project or fast and pray. Whatever the case may be, take time to listen to God’s instruction and obey it.

2. Dry Bones Can Hear: 

By now I believe we all know what I mean by dry bones. Am happy to let you know that our difficult situations can HEAR!!!!! If not God would not have told Ezekiel to say to the dry bones: "O ye dry bones H-E-A-R the word of the Lord" verse  4 Everything in life can hear because everything was created by the WORD from the very beginning. Every miracles Jesus did in His time here on earth, were through the word. Remember how He spoke to the storm, raised Lazarus from the dead, opened the deaf ears and blind eyes? We can go on and on. So stop murmuring, stop complaining and announcing your predicament to the whole world. Instead look at those problems and prophesy!!! They can HEAR!!

3. Speak the Word: 

John 1:1 says: " In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God". The only language our mountains and difficult situations understands is the WORD OF GOD.  And if God is the word as written in John 1:1, then it only implies that only God can move our mountains. And just as God needed Ezekiel to prophesy to the dry bones, God also needs us to prophesy and speak His word to our situations. Why did God not speak to the dry bones Himself? Or can’t he? Of course He can, but He won’t. Having completed the work of creation, He gave us the mandate to continue. If you will ever see any new thing or miracle in your life, you have to create it by your words. Just like He did in the beginning.

This is not as easy as it sounds because to speak the word of God effectively you must have access to the word and to have access to the word you must be born again. Meaning that you must have accepted Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour. That's the first step. The next step is to locate all the verses of the scriptures relating to the situations you are passing through. You need to write them out and begin to confront your situations with them. 

For example if you are battling with sickness and diseases, you can start to confess Isaiah 53:5 to the sickness. For financial difficulties, you can confess 2corinthians 8:9. Locate the relevant scripture verses pertaining to your situation. If you believe and confess these scriptures religiously, consistently and in faith coupled with a holy life, before you know it you will begin to see results and all those mountains will move into the sea in Jesus name. God will always honor His word. You will see results just like Ezekiel did in verses 7-10. Any time you feel the pain, confess the word. Anytime you are in a fix financially, confess the word. Now it does not matter how many times you do this, just do it all the time you face any obstacle or feel any pain, do it until you see result. DON'T GIVE UP!! PROPHESY!!! However this has to be backed up with a life of Holiness and complete obedience to His word.

I pray in the mighty name of Jesus that as you put all these into practise, there will be a noise and a shaking. Dry bones will begin to come together, bone to bone in Jesus mighty name. Sinews, flesh and skin will cover them and the Zoe breath of God will make them come alive again and they shall become an exceeding great army in the mighty name of Jesus. TEXT: GENESIS 39: 1 – 12.

“How can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God.” Genesis 39:9b NKJV

God has a very wonderful plan for us all Jere. That is why the devil throws temptation at us, to truncate our colorful destiny.

Joseph has a very colorful destiny. This destiny led to him being sold as a slave into Potiphar’s house in Egypt. Having noticed the grace of God on Joseph’s life, Potiphar handed over to him the entire affairs of his house. Then the temptation came. His master’s wife casted a lustful eye on him. Joseph have been avoiding her until one day when he was caught in a tight corner so to say. No way of escape. He came so close to Mrs. Portiphar who actually grabbed his cloth requesting he sleeps with her. But as ‘attractive’ as that trap was, Joseph refused to fall victim of it. He knew better.

How did he scale through? THE FEAR OF GOD. Listen to his response: “how can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God”. For Joseph, this was not about him or even about his master Potiphar but about God. He didn’t want to hurt God. You need to fear God to overcome every temptation, be it financially, martially, at work, in school even in church! Without the fear of God you cannot make it. The devil will surely rob you of that colorful destiny by throwing very tantalizing and yummy offers contrary to the will of God at you.

 Are you already in his trap? You can break free by asking God for help. Repent from your sins and make necessary amends. You might even suffer some consequences which is okay in as much as you are now right with God. And if you are not yet caught in his web, well get ready! Because it will surely come. Be wise and give your life to Christ today. Bury yourself in His word for direction. That is when you will be able to say No!!! to the devil when he comes with is wimps.

Lord, I receive this same grace you gave Joseph to overcome temptations. Let me live in awe of you Lord in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

TERMINATE ALL YOUR WORRIES

Worry does not change anything. It worsens and compounds the situation instead. Most of the time the devil uses this subtle tool to introduce health challenges like high blood pressure which could lead to more serious issues like hypertension and stroke. 
Instead of worrying, Apostle Paul advises us to pray as believers:

"Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life." Philippians 4:6-7 MSG.

And before you can effectively pray for God to answer you must first be a member of His Kingdom. Honestly to be completely free from worry, you must belong to this Kingdom. That is why Jesus said:

"Therefore do not worry, saying, 'what shall we eat?' or 'what shall we drink?' or 'what shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble. Matthew 6:31-34 NKJV.

"For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things." Is God your heavenly Father? All your worries will be terminated the day you accept Christ as your Lord and personal Saviour. Jesus loves you.

OVERCOMING TEMPTATION

TEXT: LUKE 4:1-13 NKJV

“Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time.”   
Luke 4:13 NKJV

Temptation is an inclination or invitation to do contrary to the will of God in any given situation. Before Jesus started His ministry, He took out time to pray and fast for forty days. After that, the devil tempted him. Jesus overcame all the temptations and in verse thirteen we were told that the devil left Him for an opportune time. I love the way the Message translation stated it:

“The devil retreated temporarily, lying in wait for another opportunity.” Luke 4:13b MSG

Now that got me thinking. Does the devil ever get tired? Of course not!! He is determined to bring down with him to hell as many people as possible. And he does that by stalking believers!! The above scripture said "lying in wait for another opportunity." We must be careful not to provide such opportunity. And believe me opportunities abounds to be tempted in our day to day activities at work, home,school, through the media and even in church. 

“Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.”      1Peter 5:8. NKJV

Jesus Christ advised us to always pray against temptations because the devil never gets tired. He is always looking for every opportunity to strike.

“And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil” Matthew 6:13a

How do you overcome temptation? By watching and praying.

“Watch and pray, less you enter into temptation.” 
Matthew 26:41 NKJV.

Watching has to do with guarding against situations, circumstances and even people that may lead you to temptation. You must constantly be at alert. Do not let down your guard. Watch your association and the people you move with. Are they benefiting you spiritually or you keep compromising your faith whenever you are with them?

Do not be over confident. Pray in advance for God to keep you from temptation as Jesus taught us in the Lord's prayer. Prayer makes divine power available to overcome temptation. 

Prayer:

Oh Lord, lead me not into temptation. Deliver me from evil in Jesus might name. Amen

JAIRUS VERSUS THE ROMAN CAPTAIN

Sometimes ago, I wrote about the Roman Captain who asked Jesus to give the order and his servant will be healed. And in a previous post I also talked about Jairus one of the rulers of the synagogue who wanted Jesus to come and heal his daughter at home. Today, I will like to compare these two characters.

I noticed these two individuals have some similarities and differences which I will like to talk about. The similarity between them is that they both wanted healing. While the Captain wanted healing for his servant, Jairus wanted healing for his dying daughter. So both of them are on the same page. The only difference between them is their approach. While Jairus wanted Jesus to come physically to his house to heal his daughter, the Captain just wanted Jesus to use the power of the spoken word. Being a captain in the army he understood the meaning of order. Orders are not negotiable in the army. They even have a popular saying which goes thus: "obey before complain.” It works exactly the same way in the spirit.

So Jairus took Jesus home while the Captain requested for a word to be spoken to his situation of concern. Well both of them got answers to their requests but one answer came faster and easier than the other. The answer to the Captain’s request did not stress Jesus, while that of Jairus did. Immediately Jesus spoke to the captain's situation his servant who was some distance away was healed on the same spot. Jesus did not have to be there physically. Distance is not a barrier in the realm of the spirit. Words in the spiritual realm have creative power! On the other hand before Jesus got into the house of Jairus his daughter was dead! If Jairus had been like that Captain he wouldn't have bothered Jesus to come into his home and his daughter wouldn't have died before getting there. Thank God even death was no match for Jesus. And what power did Jesus used to raise the girl? The same power He used for the Roman Captain – the power of the spoken word. The effect would have been the same and much faster if he hadn’t insisted on Jesus coming to his home.

My friend, you can no longer get hold of Jesus physically like Jairus did. But He left His word and His Holy Spirit to help you achieve the same result as He did when He was here. There is great power in your words. If you understand and use it well, you will eat the fruit thereof. Proverbs 18:22.

You need to learn from both the Roman Captain and Jairus. Start issuing orders to those unfavourable circumstances of your life. Don’t wait till you see your Pastors or till they come and lay their hand on you or till some kind of ceremony is performed before you see God at work. As a believer you have the basic power to cast out demons and heal the sick. This power is given to those who believe. Do you believe? Then you have the power!!!

“And these signs will follow those who believe: in My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.” Mark 16:17-18 NKJV

“Those who do wickedly against the covenant he shall corrupt with flattery; but the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits” Daniel 11:32 NKJV

Can you see how powerful you are as a child of God? Have you been underrating yourself? This power is not limited to Pastors, Bishops or Evangelists alone. It is for those who believe. And your access to this power is your faith in Christ and the spoken word. Shalom.

Happy new week people!!!

This is the word of God for you this week.

 "Do not remember the former things nor consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth: Shall you not know it? I will even make a road in the wilderness and rivers in the desert." Isaiah 43:18-19 NKJV

As you move into this new week and this new month, forgetting the past, God will do something new in your life in Jesus mighty name. Doors that has been shut against you will be flung open. Dashed hopes will be revived. God will make a way for you where there seems to be no way. Desperate situations and circumstances receives the Zoe life of God and turns to testimonies in Jesus mighty name. It is well.

TESTIMONY OF PROVISION

Hello friends!!!! It's another exciting time to share God's goodness in our lives. Today's testimony is from an anonymous person whom God has blessed. Let's call him Raphael. This is his testimony:

"The year 2016 started on a high resounding note of "Taking territories" to which I was excited having fasted like people would in a new year and prayed over the goals too. The year looked promising, January was vibrant though and a bit of a drag. February began with a lot of hope and prospects when  I suddenly lost my paid employment, this put a lot of strain on my vision, family and a host of other concerns. I asked God, "why, what went wrong? Did I not tithe?" etc. Though having saved a bit I encouraged my self that it won't be long before I get back up again.

I came to church and noted verbatim words from Pastor Sam Adeyemi and kept praying and prophesying but with each move it 'seemingly' grew worse. Satan tried to mess with my mind, he wanted me to believe God wasn't listening or unfaithful. At times what to eat and how to get what to eat was a challenge, my kids and family were my topmost priority even then nothing to give!! I kept coming to church and seeking new opportunities but never got any response at the time from those establishments but I kept pressing on and doing God's work in the midst of my pain and discomfort. I found someone in my team in church and poured my heart to him, he prayed for me and sought ways to help. My wife is and was a major pillar of support after God, I owe her my lifetime commitment. The storms raged on and darkness covered my face in the deep. 

Suddenly I started getting responses from places I least expected and business I never imagined started reeling in!!! The greatest part is, I was without a dime and I mean it, for six months yet HE who does not forget His own kept all that concerns me. Friends from my great team in church were also there for me and I so much appreciate them.

I wanted to remain quiet but God deserves this praise and someone needs to know you are not alone in whatever you are going through right now. You could have been rejected, neglected by others, in debt and don't know how to pay, you may have had a child out of wedlock, had a miscarriage, marital issues, relationship challenges, accommodation 

problems.... Even then the LAWFUL captive can be set free. Miracles still happen even when it seems half of the year has passed!! God isn't bound by time, He transcends time and time obeys Him. Whatever you are going through please don't let your desire to serve Him and one another be affected because of your "temporary" setback because that's your access to healing and help from God. Please keep serving Him and working for Him. You will come out tops no matter what."  

Hmmmm........ Service and Friends. These are the secrets to Raphael's breakthrough. Are you a worker in His vineyard? Is there a particular service you render to God? Do you know of the special privileges accrue to those who serve Him?

"So you shall serve the Lord your God, and He will bless your bread and your water. And I will take sickness away from the midst of you. No one shall suffer miscarriage or be barren in your land, I will fulfill the number of your days"                               Exodus 23:25-26  NKJV

What about friends? Are you a lone ranger? Who are you surrounded with? 

"As iron sharpens iron, so a man sharpens the countenance of his friend." 

Proverbs 27:17 NKJV

"Do not forsake your own friend or your father's friend, Nor go to your brother's house in the day of your calamity; Better is a neighbor nearby than a brother far away. 

Proverbs 27:10 NKJV

Service and Godly friends are the secrets to Raphael's breakthrough. Why not give it a try. You will testify in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Shalom.

Praise the Lord, our soul has escaped the snares of the devil!!! The devil has failed again and we have seen another month. Thank Gold who did not leave us. He did not abandon us defenseless and helpless Halleluyah!!!!!

Happy New Month people!!!!!

As we have seen September, so shall we see December if Christ tarries in Jesus mighty name. We shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord in the land of the living. God will fulfill the numbers of our days in Jesus name. 

Let's maintain an attitude of gratitude this new month, we shall see His divine interventions in all our ways in Jesus mighty name. Amen. Shalom.

JUST GIVE THE ORDER

This is a Solider who understood the meaning of order and authority. Order is defined as an authoritative command or instruction. You do not joke with orders in the army. When an order is given you obey first before you complain. It is just the same way in the realm of the spirit. Our words are entities in the spirit realm. God created this entire universe with His words. And we being His splitting image and co creators with Him have the same authority to command and speak those things that be not as though they were. This Roman Captain understood this fact being a soldier in the army. We are in a battle field and we being soldiers of christ must understand this fact clearly. 

One thing you do not joke with in the army is hierarchy. The senior officer have so much authority over his subordinate. His orders cannot be disobeyed. In the battlefield of life, we also have hierarchy. 

"When I look at the sky, which you have made, at the the moon and the stars, which you set in their places - what are human beings, that you think of them; mere mortals, that you care for them? Yet you made them inferior only to Yourself; You crowned them with glory and honour. You appointed them rulers over everything You made; You placed them over all creation: sheep and cattle, and the wild animals too; the birds and the fish and the creatures in the seas" Psalms 8:3-8 GNB

A child of God is next in line to God Himself in hierarchy. He made us inferior only to Himself and has given us authority over every power of darkness.

"Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you." Luke 10:19 NKJV.

If you know your position of authority in this battlefield my brother, you will thrive. But many believers are destroyed for lack of the knowledge of who they are in Christ and the power accrued to them by the virtue of the fact that they are children of God. This Roman Captain understood this fact in the army and believes the same is the case in the spiritual realm which exactly is. He did not want to bother Christ He understood Order and demanded Christ use it.

So because of our hierarchy in the Spirit realm, witches and wizards and powers of darkness have no choice but to obey our orders! They know where they belong but create fear to displace us from our rightful position thereby giving them the upper chance. Many children of God are so timid and fearful. That is why the devils do not obey their orders. But orders are not given timidly, they are given boldly and authoritatively.We have to be as bold as a lion.

"The wicked flee when no one pursues, but the righteous are bold as a lion." Proverbs 28:1 NKJV

Let's get rid of fear, take our rightful position in Christ and begin to order every unfavourable situation to align with the word of God.

We've got the power!!! Let's start exercising our authority now!!!

OPEN YOUR MOUTH WIDE

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.” NKJV

Are you out of Egypt? If yes then you are qualified to open your mouth wide for God to fill it with all the goodies you can ever think of or imagine. Do you know that God really want to fill your mouth with good things?

“Who satisfies your mouth with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's” Psalm 103:5 NKJV

God wants to fill your mouth with good things but you must first OPEN IT WIDE!!!. Can you imagine feeding a child who is not opening his/her mouth? So is anybody who desires anything from God and is not declaring it and confessing it with his or her mouth. What do you desire from God? A child, good health, prosperity, academic excellence, etc.  There is provision for all these and more in Christ. Just take up His word and locate where God promises you what you desire and start declaring it. Take the fruit of the womb for instance; you can constantly confess Genesis 1:28 with faith in your heart saying:

“In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, according to the word of the Lord, I declare that I am fruitful and I multiply. I replenish the earth and I subdue it. I have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

Apply this same procedure to whatever it is you desire consistently and you will discover the word of God never fails. The word of God in your mouth is a very strong weapon against any challenge in life.

“Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit – you choose.” Proverbs 18:21 MSG

But there is a condition to this as you can see in Psalm 81:10a:

“I am the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt.”

You must be out of Egypt. Have you allowed God to bring you out of Egypt? We all know the story of the sojourn of the Israelites in Egypt. We all know what bitter sufferings they experienced as slaves in Egypt. Egypt is a land of bondage, a land of slavery. Egypt signifies a sinful lifestyle. Are you still in the bondage of sin? Are you still a slave to sin? Do you still allow sin to dictate to you, telling you what to do?

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? Romans 6:16 KJV

You do not have to be slave to sin anymore. Christ has paid the price for your sins

“For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit.”     
  1Peter 3:18 NKJV

Trust God with your life today and be free from sin. Then you will be out of Egypt and you will be qualified to open your mouth wide for God to fill. Shalom.

TESTIMONY - VICTORY AT WORK: ADEBUKOLA OKUNLOYE

Hello people!!! It's another testimony time.

Allow me introduce Mrs. Adebukola Okunloye.  She is a Principal Programme Analyst registered member of Computer Professionals (Registration Council of Nigeria) CPN and Nigeria Computer Society (NCS). A daughter, sister, wife and mother of three wonderful boys.

This is her testimony:

My Permanent Secretary (Boss) an Alhaji, asked me to pray in our Management meeting one day. After praying, he asked the Management team, "should we be starting meeting in Jesus name or God's name?" Everybody kept quiet, everyone knows him. He will just get annoyed with whatever comment or contribution given at that point in time. He got so annoyed and said, he will make sure I'm redeployed, not promoted, rendered redundant, send out of service (job) etc. He said he is not afraid of me or my  stupid religion. I could not believe I am going through all these just because I am a child of God. He made all these threats after the Commissioner and Special Adviser had left the meeting. This happened not once not twice. He is very influential, he has victimized many and nobody questions him. Not even the Directors. I uttered no words and apologized for no wrong.  

So, I went on my knees in my closet and told God to arrest him as he arrested Saul on his way to Damascus. Few weeks later, to my utter shock and amazement, he started praying in Jesus name in the Management meeting and public ceremonies. Now he always wants to see me around. If he doesn't see me, he will ask for me. Normally I don't go on tours with the team. He has now directed that I should be included. In subsequent Management meetings, he always usher me to come and sit on Director's seat. I have come to enjoy all these favours and more from him. 

This is the message he sent to the Management whatsapp platform to further proof his his total change of heart:

SHE PUSHED ME AWAY, BUT LATER SAID 'SORRY SIR': I Went to an e-bank hall few months ago. As I was about entering the hall, a lady ran ahead of me & pushed me away, so she could quickly join the long queue before I will get to the queue. I did not say anything. She felt I will stay behind her, but I was actually not there to withdraw, I came to deposit. So I walked to the deposit machine and I was the only one there. No single person on the queue. When I finished depositing. I was about leaving the hall, when the lady came from the queue & apologized to me for pushing me away the other time. With sorry smile on her face, she said 'I am sorry sir for pushing you away, I thought you were coming to the queue', I just smiled and told her not to bother, that it's not a big deal. But since then, the lesson in this story kept coming to my mind, and I felt I should share it for us all to learn from it.  

Friends, who are you 'pushing' away and trying to out run in the race of destiny, relationship, bussiness, ministry, career,etc? You are thinking you are going to the same 'queue' (destination) unknown to you that, though your path may look alike, your destinations are different!. How many people have had to say 'sorry' to those they pushed aside, pushed away, push down when they finally realized that that person was not actually going to the 'withdrawal machine' they were running to. Are you reading this and you are pushing people away here and there by slandering them, hindering their progress, blocking their promotion, spoiling their good names through lies and rumours all in a bid to 'get there' before them. I challenge you today, to take it easy. You might not be going to the same destination. It might surprise you later that, with all your pushing, they may still leave you on the 'queue' of destiny later and be successful before you. Finally, are you reading this and you feel people in your office, ministry, business, etc pushing you away so that they can get ahead of you?. Don't worry, God will use your case to prove to them that, 'it is not of him that runs, but of the Lord that shows mercy...' (Romans 9:16). He will show you mercy and give you an  overtaking speed and those who are pushing you here and there will later come to tell you they are sorry. Please, don't push anybody. You might meet on the same path, but you might not be going to the same 'machine' (destination).

Image this type of message coming from an Alhaji who wanted to send me out of service? This can only be God. I bless His Holy name. Hallelujah!!!!

Wao!!! Our God is alive and still in the business of working wonders. Are you also going through stress at   your place of work? Take a cue from this testimony and get on your knees like Bukky did. Prayer does turn things around. It is well. Shalom.

Adenekan Solomon Olusegun popularly known an as Aden Solomon is an anointed Minister  in songs, Worship Leader, Choir Trainer, Composer and Songwriter.

Aden Solomon is called by the LORD to establish His kingdom and pull down the strongholds of the devil through the medium of praise . He holds his first degree in Economics from Ambrose Alli University Ekpomma and a Professional Diploma in Logistics &Supply Chain Management from NITT Zaria. Having had the privilege of being a Music Director at Royal Family assembly for over five years, he has been privileged also to have served and ministered as background vocal with music ministers and great artist like Nathaniel Bassey, Wale Adenuga, Victor Olayeni, Funmi Oloyede, Gbenga Oke, Oluwatoyin, Funmi Afolarin just to mention a few.

Aden Solomon started his music career since the year 2001 and has since been touching many lives under the atmosphere of his ministrations. He has been ministering to the Lord as a Worship Leader for over 12 years and at present, he is in the Worship Team of Daystar Christian Centre.

He is blessed with the gift of song writing and has written over 25 songs. He released his debut single in the year 2013 titled BABA ESE. An evergreen world changing worship song.  He is now out with a new hit single track title "IRENI" meaning Goodness!!!

The song is an encouragement to all , in that you may not be where you want to be but you are not where you used to be and also ruminating on the fact that God does not count on your wrong regardless of how many times you've gone wrong,  so what's left for us all is to give HIM Praise!!!

Aden Solomon's début album is set to be released by the last quarter of 2016.

He is married to Opeyemi Adenekan and they are blessed with a lovely daughter Mofeoluwa Adenekan.
